I got an e-mail from PSA and they wanted me to send them my 1981 set so they could put with other complete sets that members have let them use. At first I was not sure it was PSA so I called and talked to Cosetta which she did confirm that it was ligament and that they would pay for all the boxing, insurance and shipping. I sent it in and they shipped it back with no problems. My 1981 complete set is listed in under facts, trading cards type in 1981 Topps and it will show all my cards.
