1996 Fleer Metal Basketball - Precious?

How does one determine if a card is just regular Fleer Metal or if it is of the Precious Metal variety? I looked at some closed auctions on Ebay and I don't see anything different when looking at the fronts and backs, but I know I am missing something. I bought an elevator full of cards off Craigslist and there are a few sets of these cards in there, with the Kobes, Iversons, Nash, Allens, Jordans, etc...any help would be appreciated

thanks...so it appears the regular cards are of the goldish variety, whilst the precious gems are of the silver variety, as you stated and can be seen in your images. Thank you for posting this info...looks like mine are all just normal gold version, but still good cards in PSA 10 condition..
