I purchased this coin as the 1892 cc I got home I'm looking closer I'm not sure if it's a 92 or 82 mint error or human Error , let me know what you think thanks

    Its a 9 and that appears to be pmd.

    How could that be an 8? There is a real 8 right to the left of it which looks totally different.

    Clearly damaged, on the date and the rim under the date.
