A good idea would be for PCGS to establish a council of regular collectors with correct opinions like me.
These are go-to folks for them to get an idea what's going on in the mind of the regular collector.
The council of 8? Each member serves 2 years or so and then is replaced?
Whoever is careless with the truth in small matters cannot be trusted with important matters.
If they want to solicit our ideas then they should create a suggestion forum.
