Flashy 20 Lib in older style NGC holder, Can't remember when I bought it but was before the inventory of the SS Central America find was released.
Attractive and better than the vast majority on the Heritage archives.
My photo skills are horrible so I enclosed large number at different angles. Toning spot on reverse is somewhat lighter
