Ebay Bucks glitch

I took a screenshot of the bucks I earned ...when I went to the statement it was showing that I earned 5.00 ... instead of the 40 bucks ..luckily I had taken the screenshot and called ebay and they fixed it...
Checked other 2 transactions done today and also weren't reflected ..geez..be careful and check your ebay bucks earned ..its showing on the app that u earned them but not showing on the statement
