I took a screenshot of the bucks I earned ...when I went to the statement it was showing that I earned 5.00 ... instead of the 40 bucks ..luckily I had taken the screenshot and called ebay and they fixed it...
Checked other 2 transactions done today and also weren't reflected ..geez..be careful and check your ebay bucks earned ..its showing on the app that u earned them but not showing on the statement

What i started doing is sniping and waiting 2-3 days to pay...if ebay bucks promo comes, i pay asap. After 3 days i just say f-it, and pay at the 1% rate. Worked well this time. I had 3 or 4 late night snipes...went to work the next day...then say this post...checked my ebay...found i won a few items and got the promo...paid...ensured my bucks posted...better to be lucky than good.
Yes it works when you pay, not when you buy the item. I learned that ..
