I found this at Newspapers.com. It's from the 23 Jan 1972 Tampa (FL) Tribune:
"Frank Schnorrbusch umpired minor league baseball for 13 years - in and out of Al Lopez Field while working five different seasons in the Florida State League"
"He quit umpiring in 1970 after going as high as the Pacific Coast League and entered baseball administration as general manager of the FSL's co-op team at Key West. Schnorrbush now is general manager of the Tampa Tarpons."

In reading other articles mentioning him, I saw the following:
In 1957, he umpired in the NYP League
1958-59, he was in the Carolina League
1960, he umpired in the Three-I League in Iowa
No record in 1961
1962-63, he was in the Florida State League
1964, Carolina League
1965, Florida State League
1966, he was in the Southern League
1967, back in the Florida State League
1968-69, Pacific Coast League
1970, back in the Florida State League
There is also an article in the10 Feb 1966 Tampa Bay Times in St Petersburg, FL, where it says Schnorrbusch was to umpire the 11th Annual Old-Timers Game at Al Lang Field.
He also umpired the Old-Timers Game in Feb 1969.
Edited to add:
He later owned and operated his own sportscard store in St Petersburg, FL. He died in 2002.
