Canada 1859 1 Cent, a super toner, a super grade...but?

We all have seen and perhaps have some heavy toned coins.
It often raises the question if the toning is natural or artificial.
I received this 1859 Cent today.
This coin would be a fairly high grade , I guess a 63 / 64 even 65.
However, toned like this, what will it grade at?
Does the toning effect the grade to a point where it will be detrimental?
me also thinks that nobody in their right mind would want to mess with a high grade coin like that and perhaps ruin it by messing with artificial toning. There is absolutely no indication of heat or acid on either side.
the colors shown on the coin represents the actual colors the coin is.
Now, we all also know that toned silver coins will most likely loose their toning when dipped in a chemical solution.
Does the same apply to copper coins? If yes, what does one dip them with?
Any comment and suggestion is welcome.
Thanks for your input.

I can’t grade it, but I do like it....a lot.
Although I don't deal with "bright and shiny", I think that it looks very artificial. I think that PCGS or NGC might body bag it as "altered", but ICCS might grade it. I have seen 10's pf thousands of 1859's and I've never seen one colored like this. It's been chemically altered or spent time inside a potato in the oven. The fields are clean, wearwise, but I think that I see minor wear in the hair, braid and eyebrow.
If the cent looks in-hand like it looks on my monitor then there is no way, no how I would think it natural.

Reminds me of some MS70 treated coins. Sometimes they turn a pretty blue. Others I have seen turn pink, like yours.
I'd leave it as is and sell it. It is not strictly Uncirculated either.
Even if it straight grades, it looks like an AU58 to me.

I'd say cleaned and/or dipped and re-toned.
I've actually seen coins that have been in an oven and inside a potato ... the colors are very bright and well-toned..... I guess that there is sulpher in potatos.
thanks guys, your posts are very entertaining .
the coin in hand actually looks very attractive.. if you appreciate all these colors.
me thinks it should go to ICCS. I have a big bunch going anyway, all large cents. one more will not matter.
Looks retoned to me too. Dipping is extremely not recommended.

Never underestimate the greediness and stupidity of some collectors. The toning is artificial, most likely with a q-tip and MS70.
