Forgotten treasure from a dealer's old inventory, not looked at in decades.
Obverse bulls eye toning from fiery red/orange center radiating out in blue-green and golden bronze on the periphery.
The reverse is gilt bronze you'd expect, but has a darker old gold look to it.
The most stunning example of this Frank Gassparo-designed, 40+ year old medal (which is now listed in the Red Book) that I've ever seen.
