A very scarce Canadian Mint error

"THE Diving Goose" is a 1967 Canada Silver dollar.
However, its rev is 45 degrees rotated to the left.
There are others out there with a lesser die rotation claiming it to be, and passing it off, as a diving goose.
But it must be 45 degrees minimum or more to earn the title "Diving Goose".
There is a rumor that a 90% rotation exists????
I was able to purchase this example below recently.

In the early 70s there was a similar error with the canoe design. They were hyped up in ads in Coin World - I bought one - still have it somewhere. Not sure how big the rotation was, but it did not seem to catch on like the '67.
The Diving Goose is a great name and I have always been intrigued by these out-of-specification rotations.

Very nice purchase. I think more than 45
thanks guys, it is a truly scarce coin.
I am wondering if PCGS would recognize the error and note it on the slab?
@yqq - yes they do, coin # 32482

If it were 'very scarce', how and why would Capital Plastics have produced a mass-production holder for it? Huh?
for the same reason they produced other holders... to sell them
If they mass produced this holder, they most certainly made a mistake.
in 51 years of collecting Canadian coins I have only owned 2 and seen about 8 of the Flying Goose coins.
However, I believe they made this holder to easy compare the regular coin with the error coin.
if you think it is not scarce, then please find some or at least 2 others.
For many years one could custom order Capital Plastics holders by giving them the number and size of holes, the configuration and the text that was desired. They cost a little more to purchase than standard holders, but if I recall correctly the premium was not exorbitant. Perhaps this holder was custom ordered or ordered with a very small production run by one collector or dealer.
