What do you think of a collector/dealer cert lookup site?

Given all the interest in having more photos of coins, does it make sense to have a cert lookup site maintained by collectors and dealers to post their own photos? This way if you punch in a cert number, you will see photos from the collector and dealer community?
Photos could be flagged and users could have different trust levels before they could post more.
The thought is that since there's so many photos out there already (here, dealer sites, Instagram, etc.), would it be helpful to have a site organize these by cert number for better hobby protection?

Do you have the server space?
It wasn't on my thoughts when I posted this since I was mostly trying to get interest in the idea, but I do happen to have TBs of Internet accessible, unused RAIDed server space.
It could be an awesome resource.
It would take a lot of work and would have to be a labor of love.
A very viable site IMO, and would be able to generate money with advertising after a few years.
Need to be monitored to keep them kosher and mio giga storage ........ great idea tho
I'm not sure a 'volunteer site would ever gain much "trust" JMHO

Of course, there would need to be protection from people posting fake photos. It would be easy to just post photos from a certain Express site
One approach would be to rank each photo with a submitter reputation / trust number. Many of the top dealers and collectors taking photos are known already. For these users, any negative impact, such as counterfeits, could affect their standing in the community.
Unknown posters would have little reputation for their photos to begin with, and would need to build reputation from known, trusted members. Another approach would be to simply not allow unknown/anonymous users.
On many social sites, posts below a certain reputation aren't even shown by default. This can help discourage counterfeit photos since they won't even appear on the site.
