This psa 2 mantle rookie good?

I do not have any known concerns, but i am not a mantle expert. Just curious if this slab and card are good. It is being considered in a deal. Seller is asking vcp price. Just want to make sure i am not missing any obvious known red flags. Ty in advance....

Boy I'm really not sure on that flip. One that # isn't looking right, the letter and number spacing does look good though. The T's bother me a little (though I have seen flips with sharp looking T's before), then there is that weird top left red boarder what is going on there? I'm going through my flicker now to see what the closest flip cert number I have or had to compare it to.
ETA: It seems the top of the 6's should be curled over much more also.
The white area looks pasted over the top of another flip.
