If you feel it is conservatively graded and believe it could easily be in a 62 holder , why don't you send it to PCGS and see what they say ?
I would if i felt my coin was under graded . Would be a lot easier to sell in PCGS holder and bring more $ .
Actually, I and many others, like the older holder and appreciate the originality and untampered with stability of a coin that has not been "processed". I believe this coin stands on it's own merits. If you are the new owner you may do as you wish.

I think it’s inappropriate and rude to critique a coin being sold on the BST. If you have questions about the coin PM the seller.
