Shared orders flooded with foreign coins

Is there any way to screen out just US coins on the "shared orders" page? I don't know if anyone else here wants to see all those foreign orders that are being shared with who knows whom....https://www.pcgs.com/shared-orders

Could somebody explain what the purpose of this page is for? If was submiting i would want the results to be confidential.

So all submissions get results posted on that page?

It's optional; not sure why it is so important to remain invisible to collectors checking out recent results, most will forget it soon after viewing.
