Up for sale is a lovely 1771 Pillar Dollar. The boldness of the strike is outstanding for the assigned grade and would make an excellent introductory colonial coin that slabbed in the Americas or an addition to a date set.

    Boldness of strike on the obverse (which is usually called the reverse - the coat of arms/crown side being the obverse because it is the king's arms. The CofA/crown side is a bit weak.
