Lou Brock Framed Set with Envelopes and Pins

I have this framed item from my grandpa which has Lou Brock envelopes, 2 pins, and a drawing of him.

I am looking to see if anyone on these boards can identify if there is any value here?

    The two auto'd FDCs - ~$15 each
    The two non-auto'd FDCs - $1 each
    The two pins - no idea
    The large art card (1990 Perez-Steele) - ~$3-5

    Looks like a nice framing job, ready to display. I would expect to be able to find a buyer in the $50-75 range, ideally local, as shipping could eat up a fair chunk of that.
