Help Identifying Hammered Silver Coin

I don't typically deal with hammered coins, medieval coins and older, etc. but I think it is an Italian States coin. I was hoping maybe someone who deals more in this era of coin might be able to help

It's silver, just darkly toned. 21mm diameter, 2.66 grams weight

The characters and the dragons on the reverse suggest 13th century Armenian dram to me.
