Need more help with a graded card

What does it mean when the grader says ...Card does not meet minimum size yet does not say it was trimmed...

It means the card may have been legitimately manufactured slightly smaller in size. They’re not saying it’s trimmed, but it must meet a minimum size requirement to be graded.

@PaulMaul is correct. In addition, it also means "Add this card to your next submission and try again. If you get another grader you might get lucky. After 3 unsuccessful tries, keep it raw or just get it authenticated."

PSA's tolerance is 1/32 of an inch... If your card is 1/32 too small (or more), in either direction, they won't grade it... Sometimes the borderline ones slip through, but the really small ones are almost always returned unholdered, in my experience...

FYI - They enforce this a lot more strictly than they used to, so when buying old label PSAs that you plan on cracking out, always measure first.
