Guess the grade, 1938 QDO Nickel FS105

Just picked this one. It was Listed as BU...
For those who don’t know, there is a die dot-gouge spot to the left of the L in Liberty on the QDOs. To the left of bottom corner on L circled in on pic. Great diagnostic to easily differentiate between the 105 & 106 varieties. I’ve spotted a few FS106 hiding in 105 qdo slabs. Check yours.

I wish there was a way to get those black spots off without affecting the coin.

Sadly, this is not surprising. It's a damn shame the TPGs can't do a better job...
