Found this 1956 cent exhibiting a character behind the R in TRUST on the obv. Kinda looks like an 8 or a 3. Also a big die chip on the right wheat on the rev. Watcha think? Peace Roy

My guess is a lamination on the "R." Cannot tell anything from the other image.
Your coin is damaged but I took another look. Looks like a lamination under the date so I'll bet there is one on the "R" also. There is a large die chip on the wheat.
