Rarest 70's Wax and Cello Boxes

What are the Rarest 70's Wax and Cello Boxes?

Top 3 - 5 from Baseball / Football / Basketball / Hockey

Baseball 71 Topps has to be the toughest I would think of cello and wax, and I believe 75 Topps full size is tough in wax, but I thought I would ask the experts.

I would assume the rarest to be OPC baseball boxes, but excluding those, I think one of the hockey ones might be 1975 OPC WHA?

I believe 1972 Topps baseball cello is very rare as well.

I have also heard that 71 Topps basketball is insanely rare. I believe they were 12 pack wax boxes.

Speaking strictly from a baseball standpoint, from the 1970s, all wax, including 1971 and 1975 regular-sized boxes, is not terribly difficult to find if you are patient enough with deep pockets as even the tougher boxes come up for sale now and then. 1972 through 1979 is even fairly plentiful, all things considered.

Cello and rack boxes, however, are a completely different story. Rack boxes from 1970 through 1974 are essentially non-existent. Even single racks from 1970-1972 are super tough. Cello boxes from 1970 through 1974, Fritsch's stash of 1970 cello packs notwithstanding, are also impossible to acquire. Even single cello packs from 1971 and 1972 are scarcer than hen's teeth, so I would say that without a doubt the toughest baseball boxes from the 1970s are any cello box from 1971 through 1974 and any rack box from 1970 through 1974.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

Back in 2011 this partial box of 11 sold for only $9500. What would it go for if certified and sold today?

I bet a full box would approach 100K.

This is a great thorough assessment, thank you. Any info you can provide about football unless the expectation of similar please provide.
