Just saw this card on eBay and the seller does give the correct info on the card, but the label should say something about being a reprint??

It should of course also say 2012 instead of 2001.
Label lines up with whats in the verification database. Case doesn't look tampered with. I would think that has to be a mistake.
Yes, certainly an error at PSA. I don't think anyone would have considered suspecting tampering. I assume the OP was intending to point out that cards like this are in the market and mislabeled, so beware of what you're buying.
The seller does not misrepresent the card!! And he does show the back of the card showing the word “reprint”. Hopefully not too many have been labeled as this one!!
I've had at least one label error in each of my last three orders with PSA so I'm not shocked.
