Problem with biddingscheduler.com

For the 3rd time in two weeks my bids did not go off. Other days in that time frame it did work. I have used it for many years without issue. Is anyone else having a problem? I have lost on two cards that sold for substantially less than my max bid. I sent biddingscheduler an email, but they did not respond.. Any suggeson re another snipe service?
