2019 National Hotel Opinions

So I know this might seem a little early since the 18 National is still in the rear view mirror. But, I'm looking to book my hotel now and since I haven't stayed in Rosemont in 20 years, was looking for suggestions on decent places. Right now leaning towards the Hyatt there on River Rd. The skywalk is a huge plus. So, looking for some opinions or suggestions from anyone who has stayed there for a show fairly recently.
Thanks!
Tim

    Hiya Tim

Another option is to wait for the announcement of the National and booking of rooms - the past 2 I've attended have been at the Hilton - I think it goes live around the turn of the new year.

Wouldn't hurt to see what you can get a room for early on knowing that you can cancel since I would guess the "group" rate would be cheaper?

    Best of luck.

Yeah, I figured that if I book something now, I can always cancel later if need be. The rooms I'm looking at I can cancel up to the day before. I figured anything real close is going to be $200+ per night but as I'm getting older, the convenience factor is more important than the money. Only planning on staying Thursday and Friday night at this point.

Last one in Chicago thru the show office was something like $157ish without tax or anything.
