If you collect Post Cereal cards--or just love looking at old vintage cards, displays, unopened boxes and other rare stuff, there's a new book devoted to the 1962 Post Football set. The author is long-time collector Ken Marks, who has created a "handbook" of sorts for the General Foods promotion from that year. Here's a story about it: https://www.sportscollectorsdaily.com/goal-posts-book-1962-post-cereal-football-card-set/

I own a copy of this book. It is amazing, chock-full of color and black 'n white photos, what cards were on what boxes, and all sorts of vital information connected to the one-time only football card set produced by Post Cereal. If you collect this set, or have any interest in the set, by all means avail yourself of the opportunity to buy a copy. You really owe it to yourself to get it if you do. Most card hobby books are general guides, with the same basic info every year. Exacting card collecting books like Ken Marks's are genuinely rare.
In this day and age of nauseating ultra suspicion for just about everything, I don't own this set, nor any graded cards from it, and author Ken Marks did not ask me to write a testimonial. I just wanted to enthusiastically say I thinks it's a terrific book and YOU WILL LOVE IT IF YOU LOVE OR LIKE THIS SET, PERIOD. ---Indiana Jones (Brian Powell)
