Okay this is really odd. There are three variations of Mike Tyson's second Italian Panini sticker. He does indeed have a Supersport back but it is different then his rookie.
This PSA authentic has a real front but with the wrong back and it looks almost printed. Not really sure this should be slabbed with the wrong back and potentially a fake one at that.
Here is the listing and one with the accurate back.

It could be that that Tyson sticker was removed from the Panini sticker album and the person that did it placed that backing on it. I've purchased a few spanish Jordan stickers where this was done and once in hand they looked very much like they'd been pulled from a pack minus a tiny wrinkle here or there. If this is what happened with the Tyson that could account for why it only got an authentic.
Another thing I noticed is this set is dated 1987 but in the pop report this Tyson #160 sticker is in the 1988 set. The 1987 set Tyson should be #153.

The Italian back that is on it assuming it is real is from the 86 Panini set and some are labeled 85.
The packs for this Tyson have a Seoul Korea Olympics theme so I honestly think they are 1988 since that is the Winter Olympics.
It's definitely a Frankenstein but when it comes to Authentic slabs, PSA will put just about anything in them. Remember the whole Nolan Ryan magazine cutout thing?

Even though that pre rookie magazine pic was iffy it was at least authentic. This isn’t an authentic copy of the card at 50/50 if the back is real.
