2018 Topps Chrome Baseball Redemption Cards missing code under the scratch off area!!

Has anyone else ran into the Redemption Code on the back of 2018 Topps Chrome Baseball NOT being there at all? I Pulled a few Redemption cards and was entering my information online at Topps website and when I scratched off my Rookie Autograph Of Walker Buehler RA-WB there was NO Code at all underneath the scratch off area.
Has anyone else ran across this at all yet in 2018 Topps Chrome Baseball?
I emailed Topps yesterday Customer Support But have Not heard back yet from them just the automated reply. I was too Busy today to try and call them but hoping to tomorrow.
In your Opinion am I just OUT of Luck in this or Do you believe that they will Honor this.
Obviously I have other redemptions and they ALL had their codes underneath the scratch off area just NOT The Walker Buehler. I did NOT scratch it too hard at all or did anything differently than I did on all the others.
I am almost 50 and been Collecting my entire life but I have NEVER rand into anything like this prior.
I am Hoping that they will Honor it if I mail it into them so all I can do is Hope at this point I guess?!

I had this happen.

I called Topps Customer Care @ 1-800-489-9149 and spoke to a very helpful representative. She documented the discussion and told me to send it in for redemption.

I am confident it will be honored.
