Can’t seem to find anything on this coin

I believe it's supposed to be a 3 ducat of Franz I (1745-1765) of Regensburg (German States) KM#334.
It doesn't look quite right to me. But it's clearly holed, bent, worn, and likely cleaned. So.
We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.
