What is the significance of the pin that comes in this set ? Anyone know what it says?

This proof coin was originally minted in Berne, and after an estimated 80 pieces the dies needed to be remade since it was too concave. There have been about 10 pieces discovered since it’s issue in 1970, the “open mem” being its most noticeable characteristic. In the 70’s it was promoted by Jonah Shapiro and sold in excess of $3000. No set is complete without this major variety he claimed.
I remember when these came out we bought quite a few for the store (Rarcoa) and the pins came with the coins.
