The word “slander” comes to mind whenever the word “scam” is used about a major public Corp. & CU should review this thread & take appropriate action(s).

Disclaimer: I do not own clct nor fed-ex stocks.
My 2 cents worth.
Yikes, if you think using the word scam is slandering someone in an open forum with folks trying to make sense of a shipment gone bad and refusal for the shipping company to make good on their mistake, go read the reviews on any company online and you will have a tissy fit as this is nothing compared to the hammering you can find anywhere on the web..............

I’m thinking from a CU & clct perspective eg
I the past, HRH & who knows any others w/in the Co. has/have stated the desire to close down CU etc.
The potential liability to clct & we all know how much capital FEX can spend on legal matters
Then, by definition, Every Dollar ever collected by FedEx for Insurance is a dishonest scheme, a fraud.
People attest that they have been paid by FedEx for losses.
Therefore, by definition, the the Statement: FeDEx Insurance is a Total Fraud is a false statement of fact.
li·bel

verb
LAW defame (someone) by publishing a libel.
In the United States, federal defamation law is closely tied to the First Amendment. ... In short, opinion is not considered defamation in the U.S. That being said, false statements of fact that harm the reputation of an individual or business, aren't protected under Constitutional Free Speech provisions.
I will let the practicing attorneys post the correct information.
I've had issues with Fed Rx, UPS, USPS and DHL at some time or another. What do they all have in common??? People. And people sometimes aren't careful, caring or decent. What else do they have in Common - Profit! Although you can argue that point from a USPS standpoint. Seems they are always on the losing end of things. For the vast amount of packages delivered, I think they do an adequate job. As for insurance - they all stink.

KollectorKing if you have an issue with the word Rubbish too let me know your thoughts on Hooey, Balderdash, or Hogwash?
Nope, rubbish is fine, although I would’ve said FX “cheated me” or better, they owe me $xxx for damaging my item during shipment.
