Published by Jesse Patrick THE PATRICK MINT 1977. 64 Pages, black and white, bound in an aftermarket folder, with line drawing illustrations of a very large percentage of the tokens, of which more than 1000 are listed. 500 copies were printed in 1977. Good condition with some of the issue numbers circled by a previous owner. Only one copy is available. The price is $20 postpaid to US addresses. I ship to US addresses only.
