24-s $20 Saint, Problem coin?

I don't know how rare coins like this end up in NNC holders unless they wouldn't straight grade at the other services. What is it with this one, edge, or something I am missing?
NNC site: http://www.nnccoingrading.com/, just google their name...

Successful Trades: Swampboy,
Someone else is trying to sell it, no return policy; edge issue at around 12 o' clock?
Seller named Zhong. Sounds Chinese. No no no.
Not sure about the rim/edge crack at 12:00, but the balance of the coin is typical for 1924-S, and the noon-defect might be another rim crack. See the Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle book for photos and descriptions. This is the 1st mintmark variety pictured in the book.
Link takes me to an NGC coin.......what am I missing?

Ebay does some weird sales forwarding these days, you just look for the right button to "push".
Seller is in New Bern, NC evacuated area ahead of Florence....The guy is going to have trouble shipping.
See it now. Scratched reverse (counting wheel?). Damaged at 12.00 on obverse as well as damaged rim at 2-4 on obverse as stars are messed up.

Roger said the "damage" at 12 o'clock is planchet, etc.; surfaces look a little off. It looks like the business base for NNC is St. Cloud, while the belly of the beast of Censtles is in Orlando.
