Is there a way to see all your SELLING on eBay?

topstuftopstuf Posts: 14,803 ✭✭✭✭✭

I can find all the history of purchases, but can't find any list of sales.

Is there one?

Thanks. :)

You can look back up to 90 days. Go under "orders". [How you get to orders kind of depends on what system you are using to accesss eBay.]

If you are asking about longer than 90 days, you can get a cumulative total but not details.

Under orders it should show "paid and shipped" items.

Okay, click on My Ebay, then click on selling and then click on orders.

    hope that helps.

I don't get that option there. I think eBay hates me.

Ebay has changed a lot of the formats for selling/sold, but I found a back way in to the old format. This is for my page... see if it links it for you..

Yes -- the last couple years I can no longer "see" my own active listings on ebay. Really bothers me.

If you always leave feedback for a buyer, look at your feedback left.

The price of gold is set by faith, or lack of, in the currency it is priced in.

Their changes over the years are maddening ( for sellers).

My ebay (upper right hand corner)
    Click Selling
    Click See All Orders

(Make sure it is set to All Orders, not awaiting shipment, or anything else)

    Another way:

Hover over your name on the upper left corner
    Click on account settings
On far right side of screen, click on what invoice you want to see
It will show all items sold, fees, etc., for a given month.

What is does NOT show this way is what you sold it for. I rip the data every month into excel, and then just divide the fee amount by the fee percent, and it shows the selling amount, money that came in for shipping, etc.

For example, say the selling fee was $18.00 and you pay 6% to ebay. $18.00 / .06 = $300 selling price

The downloaded file of ebay invoices, 12 months, is what I use to start my tax file, as it has all ebay sales, item id's, ebay's cut, shipping revenue. I ad a field for cost of the item to me. I create another excel tab and download paypal data, as it picks up the paypal fees, and actual shipping costs, and anything I bought through either ebay or paypal directly.

This gets me 95% of the data I need for taxes, and I can slice and dice the data anyway I want in excel.
