Windshield crack is mimicking Baseball Card Index

I’ve been watching this crack move across my windshield for 3 months. Initially, I placed tape on the edge to determine if it was moving. It is, albeit very slowly.
Today, staring intently in traffic through my windshield, it hit me. This curved cracked has the exact same pattern as the Baseball Card Index.
I’m holding all thoughts of replacing until I see where this goes. Down? Up? Straight? It’s moving faster than those overpriced BINS, so I’m hoping for a crystal ball here.
I think it’s only fair that I post the direction of the crack for all to see, so no one has an advantage to game the market.
