NGC Early Releases Label Set. It comes with All OGP and the COA. I can even provide the receipt from the U.S. Mint along with the NGC submission form if you like.

As the photo shows, the MS68 Philly eagle now has discoloration on the reverse (last photo). On the upside it is by far the most common of Eagles in this set and can be replaced very cheaply if desired.

Price is $425 via no fee payment delivered.
