Allen & Ginter 2018

Anyone collecting the 2018 Allen & Ginter set this year? I started about a month ago. Last set I worked on was the 2014 and was pretty successful with it. So far I have opened 1 blaster box from Walmart, 3 hobby boxes and 1 retail box and I'm pretty disappointed. I'm lacking 30 cards for the 350 card base set. I finished the beaches and moons subsets and am way short on all the others. I have a stack of minis but haven't even tried to sort them since they are very short of a set. I pulled 2 mini autographs, a Strawberry and one other common and 7 relic cards of game used outfits and one card with a cloth mini card with a slit in the plastic cover so you can feel it.

Overall I'm very disappointed in the pulls and the card collation. I have yet to see a printing plate or any wood minis and only one numbered card out of 45.

Anyone else have similar experience with this years set? Most previous years there has been considerable discussion but it's very quite this year. The only other talk is the Allen & Ginter X set bu I have seen very little on that and hear that it is already sold out.

So you want to find anything you have of #83, particularly the mini or black mini(but even the base card is good.)

So basically everyone has given up on collecting the A&G 2018 set and not interested in talking about it. No problem there, thanks for taking the time to read what I wrote and maybe you'll decide it's not such a great set with such a lousy collation and the lack of goodies in the supposedly hot boxes.

Yea, I am collecting the Brooklyn backs. Really hard to get. Have around 95 of them right now through buying and trading.
