Guess the Grade: Does this Bryce Harper have a strong chance for a PSA 9 Mint?

Please view the scans below. Due to the centering, I feel this card has no shot of a PSA 10. The corners and edges look gem mint under a loupe, so not concerned about that. I did find 3-+5 light scratches, which can be seen with then naked eye by rotating the card in the light. I have attempted to capture this in the pics, but not sure if my camera could duplicate what I am seeing. The horizontal scratch is 1 cm long and the vertical scratches are 3-4 cm long.

Anyway, given the centering and the scratch, do you fee this meets the PSA 9 Mint grading criteria?

Please let me know what you think, thank you.

Not even close with those scratches. Might be in the 5-6 territory.

There's a reason that card is raw. Someone subbed it, knows it got killed due to scratches, and decided to pawn it off on some unsuspecting person. Did you just buy it? Can you return it?

Agree 100%. I’ve unfortunately learned the hard way what a killer even tiny scratches are on chrome card and refractor grades.

Always looking for tougher PSA 10's of Nolan Arenado, Alex Bregman, Mookie Betts, Francisco Lindor, and Mike Trout.
