So I am thinking this is a VAM 9 1878 Morgan but wanted to get the learned opinions of those on the board. What do you all think?

I don't see the "kidney-shaped" feather. The first pick is too dark to use.

Don't think so. Looks like a Vam-2 to me based on that reverse.
