When you send an email featuring different "collections" how about mentioning which session or catalog the stuff will be in?

    Perhaps they want you to go to their website and search so you may see other things.

    That was the FIRST thing I did. They have a convenient link to several sessions.
    I just think when they describe a particular group, that a link to THAT session would be very touchy feely nicey.

    If you can’t get what you want/need/ satisfaction email Brian Kendrella. He the prez and he has always gotten back to me in a timely matter. I’ve had an on going email convo with him the last three days and he’s in Hong Kong

    I thought that also. So I logged into my acct and saw no link to the obligatory "Contact Us" link that most places use.
    I'll quit whining now. ;)
