1963 Mexican Baseball cards

I came across this auction and i remembered i had some of these tucked away from an estate sale here in Miami.
I have a gherig, bobby prescott, (Panama) !!and some negro league players...
how do i get this graded since they do not appear in the standard catalog. I remember when someone found the 1945 MExico Baseball league cards they were able to grade and they did not show in the standard baseball catalog... any tips to having an item graded when its never been graded ?

the cards were made by Penafiel which is a mexican mineral water now owned by the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group..

It appears to be 1964 set from the players on the checklist.
