WINGS sticker - issue with cert verification tool

Has anyone else here had an issue verifying coins using the WINGS website?

I’ve tried multiple coins that are listed on eBay; some work while others don’t. They do have a note about updating their database, but some of these aren’t new listings.
For example, this one works:

That is a reasonable complaint.
I would email these links to them and ask them about it .

I had a couple of coins that were not listed so I emailed them and confirmed the coins and corrected the database.

Well no news today...I'll give it a few more days and try a follow-up email.

That is odd. The times I contacted by mail the reply was rather fast.
The other is call them 855-339-4647.
AFAIK, the staff is small and I'll guarantee the boss is at the ANA. I have not heard of anyone faking a Wings sticker so far.
There is a table for them at the ANA.
If anyone wants to stop by and mention that a decent chunk of coins with their sticker posted on eBay don’t come up on the verify too, I’d greatly appreciate it!
As some mentioned, they were at the show and have now resolved this (the main coin I was questioning is now in the system). Thanks to all who replied here!
