Rare Error Card

Can anyone help me please. I have a 96 Topps error card. It’s of Ken Griffey Jr. the name on the bottom is blank. At the top of the card is Don Mattingly printed upside down as well as the Topps logo stamped upside down. I have had this card since 96. I personally pulled it out of a pack. And I have yet been able to get any info on it. Pleas help with rarety and value maybe.

Sounds like a sheet was rotated before the foil was applied. Factory misprints like these, while rare, are usually not worth much. Since this has two fairly collectible names involved in Griffey Jr/Mattingly, I'd say you could probably get $5-10 for it.
