Hello Everyone,
I thought at first glance that this was a coin of Helena (seeing the FLH...) but it apparently is not. As near as I can make out, the obverse legend begins FLHVM... and ends ...AVG; the reverse legend on the right side is VBLICAE. Helena never apparently had this type of hairdo. Any help identifying the young lady would be greatly appreciated
