But it is in uncommon condition .
Actually condition census among PCGS graded coins dated 1888 and 1889.
I have seen many of these in 62, 63 and 64.....
Here is a Lissner specimen that sold for big money that did not make sense.

I don't think that the OP's initial coin has the correct label .. it doesn't look like the coin should have a grade that starts with a 6.
