ski there are some people that are new and are good.. just like i sold my A-Rod patch to a guy with an 8 rating and he still paid for it.

just b/c hes not a registered user at the moment, doesnt mean hes a bad seller, he may be maxed out on his credit card, and when that happens, they put on suspension, its happened to me a few times
