1990 Action Packed Error card

Could someone please inform me about this error card, or if its something that happens commonly. Card was double printed and offset by a lot. Thanks. MB

    Most consider it just a printing error. No real added value. You may get a few bucks from a hardcore Allen/Raiders collector though. Best of luck with it!

    Doesn't look double printed, just misaligned printing with the embossment. Agree with Craig, probably viewed as just a printing mishap. There's definitely a market for stuff like this, like he says, Allen/Raiders, but probably just a few bucks. Still pretty cool.
