There's nothing around it, the wires must come up from the bottom. I agree, I think it's for traffic counting or the traffic light... Fun mystery, I guess that it's not where coins go when you want them slabbed ATS. :D

IMO, the thing fell of a truck and some good soul set it on the curb. It is an empty junction box.

...I’m currently on my way back to Cali...I Lysoled my 1st Class lay-down seat...I have a safe full of N-95’s back from the Ebola scare. I brought a couple to NYC but I only ended up using the same mask as Jim Carrey on this trip...I took the Lord’s supper before I left so if I get smoked, then I get smoked ;)

I'll bet that pie costs more than a BU slabbed Morgan. Perhaps the bag makes it taste better. :)

Out of curiosity, and due to my Italian roots, I've sent an Email to a well travelled, Nationally known radio personality and "Pizza Aficionado" who just moved back to NYC to see if this is one of his recommended pies. :p

We could fill up a tank w/Sunoco 360, have a few races, and meet up at the Top's Drive in in Arlington, VA for a sandwich, drink and fries for less than $10. :)

Over several years, I got "walked" by a 409 Chevy and an "spanked" really good by a modified Plymouth Hemi (w/four guys abord!). The 409 "shut down" my buddy in his Stingray also.

Driving is a privilege. I do not condone street racing. :)
