There's nothing around it, the wires must come up from the bottom. I agree, I think it's for traffic counting or the traffic light... Fun mystery, I guess that it's not where coins go when you want them slabbed ATS.

IMO, the thing fell of a truck and some good soul set it on the curb. It is an empty junction box.
A filmed sence from a Nicolas Cage movie gone wrong, Plane got beached. I was at the Florabama a landmark bar, half in Florida, half in Alabama, right on the state line(s). I was drinking a Bushwacker with a 151 floater. Watching them try to pull the plane of the sand and out to sea. 3 or 4 different boats were tied off to the plane trying to pull to out. All these powerful boats were at close to full throttle. Intense.
Penicillin is the standard treatment for Saturday night fever. Just sayin'.

With the saga of the quarantined Diamond Princess Cruise ship having this weekend now advanced to its now being empty with the Captain's departure as the last person aboard, here is a photo of one of my departures from the Diamond Princess as I photographed an accompanying Diamond Princess tender pulling away from the ship.

I'll bet that pie costs more than a BU slabbed Morgan. Perhaps the bag makes it taste better.
Out of curiosity, and due to my Italian roots, I've sent an Email to a well travelled, Nationally known radio personality and "Pizza Aficionado" who just moved back to NYC to see if this is one of his recommended pies.

We could fill up a tank w/Sunoco 360, have a few races, and meet up at the Top's Drive in in Arlington, VA for a sandwich, drink and fries for less than $10.
Over several years, I got "walked" by a 409 Chevy and an "spanked" really good by a modified Plymouth Hemi (w/four guys abord!). The 409 "shut down" my buddy in his Stingray also.

Yesterday my wife and I climbed down a cliff to a secret San Diego Beach
After about 1000 deep knee bends (feeling it today), we had our best day picking sea glass
I took another photo of yesterday's pick, can't believe we found so much and in so many colors in one afternoon.
We found 4 marbles. WTF?????
