I really look forward to the interesting and informative posts concerning the history and sites of Japan, as well as the personal narrative. A lot of effort clearly goes into these posts and it is appreciated.
This linked below three video playlist begins with yesterday evening's skyline view of Anchorage Alaska as seen from Point Woronzof looking across the waters of Cook Inlet. It continues with views of both a 747 Jet and an even larger 747 Dreamlifter captured flying over the city earlier in the day.

EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING'S SURREAL SUNRISE OVER NEVADA'S DESERT, LAKE MEAD AND LAS VEGAS
In this Playlist of three successive videos experience flying into Las Vegas at the break of dawn.
The first video captures views over the Nevada Desert and its stunning terrain as the first rays of the morning sun illuminate the red rock formations that rise up from the desert's border. As the video continues the rays of light explode into a surreal sunrise magnificently lighting the sky in a curtain of color.
The second video continues the journey as the airplane gets closer to Las Vegas and the surreal colors of the sunrise are now seen over Lake Mead.
Finally in the third video the suburbs of Las Vegas come into view followed by the city's skyline with its iconic Sphere before the plane touches down for landing.

The first time I saw one was at a car museum in Branson. As I recall the museum was named and featured cars from 1955. On display was a convertible once owned by a celebrity (Sammy Davis, Jr.?) and it had the built in record player.
Too bad the cars in the museum ('55 and Alive?) got sold off and it is no more.
TODAY'S EXPLORING OF NEADA'S VALLEY OF FIRE STATE PARK

In this below linked playlist of videos see petroglyphs, encounter Big Horn Sheep, discover stone built cabins from the 1930's constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps and enjoy the spectacular scenery resulting from Nature made sandstone sculptures. An included video even offers a ride with us as we travel through a gauntlet of towering red rock stone formations that are among the most photographed in the state.
The concluding video even offers an opportunity to join on a climb with three generations together.returnimg from a venture into the scenic cliffs.
