There is something about the shape of Mustangs. I was a Chevy man in my youth (61 Corvette 270HP) but each year now the Mustang is usually a more attractive car than the Camaro in my eyes. I enjoy their HP competition as both cars have improved so much. All cars have. Today's Honda can outperform most of the older muscle cars!
BTW. at VIR Raceway this weekend, a Mustang was battling nose to tail with a Mclaren towards the end of the race. The Mustang even passed it near the end but the Mclaren regained the lead until a Porsche that had just passed the Mustang at a restart knocked it out on the last lap. Mustang won by default.
any way what is the meanning behind this holiday.

On a personal note (as pictured below) I wore a prop three-cornered pirate-like hat in my appearance on Hawaii Five-O. It would have been nostalgic to have been able to retain the hat itself as a memento, but it remained with the show and reportedly was on loan to the producers from a movie studio that had used it and some other costumes in a previous feature film, The Mel Brooks movie, "The Patriot." (This I learned of when an issue arose at the last minute as to whether the owner of the props from the film would allow them to be used on the Hawaii Five-O set and Costuming was getting ready to issue us completely new costumes to replace the ones for which we had already been fitted.)
I assume you meant Mel Gibson and not Mel Brooks. I don't remember too many slapstick moments in "The Patriot".
Thanks for the correction.
For good measure, here is a photo from Friday capturing a new state record setting pumpkin at 2,051 pounds - heavier than some cars.
To put the 2,050 pound weight of the pumpkin in perspective back in 1972 my then owned Honda N600 as pictured below (which model was the first Honda automobile imported in the United States) had a curb weight of 1,355 pounds and the Type 1 VW Beetle weighed 1,760 pounds.
As a footnote FWIW, I made the mistake of parking this car outside of a high school where a group of football players came across it. When I returned from my meeting I found it upside down. After getting it righted. the only damage was the hinged plastic trunk cover had cracked. (Years later I learned that this was the first automobile to use such a composite material for a body part - a practice which is commonplace today. Chock one up to Japanese innovation.)
Sent 2 rolls of ASE by USPS. Buyer sent these pics when they were delivered. Both rolls were still inside and undamaged so he kept them. Thank goodness for bubble wrap. I had a honest mail carrier and a honest buyer, I consider myself lucky.

Saw him in Boston August 23. I enjoy a lot of his music but the set list he chose that night was way too mello/low tempo, more like a celtic horn thing than good rock. Did you find the same at your show?

I agree. A large proportion of the set list was from his current album which was unfamiliar to me and certainly not as rocking as my favorites from Dire Straits. Still, that's pretty energetic for a guy who just turned 70.
My best friend in the world and my true blue buddy😊
I have no idea how many of these still exist with the original box and paperwork but here’s one.
I’m proud to have this in my collection. My grandson loves this so much I’ve promised it to him. Since then I have offered him a double eagle instead of this metal but he’s not interested in that deal.
He’s a VERY good boy that I love with my whole heart.
Happy hunting, Joe
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Found this alligator lizard in the foyer to my house. I'm trying to figure out how it got in, as the doors to my house are all at least 6" above the exterior ground level.
